Noēsis is now hiring editors to work on the 27th edition of Noēsis during the 2025–2026 academic year.
The duties of an editor include, but are not limited to:
- Attending all Noēsis editorial board meetings.
- Collaborating with other senior editors and authors on one paper for the journal.
- Participating in the selection process of papers for the journal.
As an editor, you may also volunteer for the following:
- Work as an editor on our annual zine, ē.
- Manage our social media by creating posts or graphics.
- Review papers for the Undergraduate Philosophy Conference hosted by the Department of Philosophy.
- Conduct an interview with a philosopher of your choice. This interview will be edited and published alongside the journal.
Applications are due by Sunday, November 9th, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT. There will be an interview process following the assessment of written applications. Interviews will be held in later November. All positions will be finalized by the end of December. You must be an undergraduate student studying at the University of Toronto for your application to be considered.
